We reserve the right to refuse service for vehicles or requests that present safety, legal, or operational concerns.

2. Estimates & Approvals

Written or verbal estimates are provided based on visible symptoms and standard labor guides. Final charges may vary if additional issues are discovered during inspection. We will obtain your approval before performing work beyond the original estimate.

3. Payments

Payment is due when services are completed unless otherwise agreed in writing for fleet or commercial accounts. We accept Amex, Apple Pay, Cash, Discover, Google Pay, Visa, and MasterCard. Vehicles and parts may not be released until payment is received in full.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled by phone. Repeated no-shows may require a deposit to book future appointments.

5. Warranty Disclaimer

We do not offer blanket warranties on repairs or parts. Manufacturer warranties on installed parts are passed through to the customer where applicable. Please ask your service advisor for details about coverage on any specific repair.

6. Limitation of Liability

PC Automotive is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
